Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.  Let's start this journey together!

Certified Fitness Trainer and Founder

I started on my fitness journey in 2018 after gaining 50lbs due to medication. I was not happy with myself and decided to do something about it. I wanted to encourage others to take charge of their health in order to feel better and live longer!


My name is Tosha Hill and I am the founder of Body Revamped. I want to encourage others to take charge of their health in order to feel better and live longer! Fitness has played a valuable role in my life. In 2016, I was put on a migraine medication which caused me to gain 50 pounds. After two years of carrying an extra 50 pounds, I wanted to make a change. I worked out with a trainer, participated in bootcamps, and worked out at home. After a couple of months, I lost the 50 pounds I had gained before. I felt much more confident in myself and enjoyed life more after my fitness journey. My experience inspired me to start Body Revamped in September 2019. 

I want fitness to make the same positive impact in your life as it did in mine. My journey taught me the importance of community and support in achieving fitness goals. Body Revamped serves as not just a fitness studio, but also a community which helps people improve their well-being through fitness and nutrition. I hope that the VAMP community can help you achieve your fitness goals!
